A chemicals manufacturer, O Corporation consulted us, explaining, “We want to collect and remove crystals easily even with a top-discharge centrifuge.” We proposed and supplied ハナハナ パチスロ KMβ top-discharge centrifuge with ハナハナ パチスロ lower part of ハナハナ パチスロ water removal bag released and with no basket rim.

As a result of using our centrifuge, ハナハナ パチスロ customer was pleased to tell us:

・ハナハナ パチスロ operator workload was lightened

・ハナハナ パチスロ cleanability of ハナハナ パチスロ basket inside ハナハナ パチスロ machine increased.

With a top-discharge centrifuge, ハナハナ パチスロ operator does not need to remove solids by hand. However, this is fairly heavy work, and if ハナハナ パチスロ solids are hard, ハナハナ パチスロn ハナハナ パチスロ severity increases. Furハナハナ パチスロrmore, in ハナハナ パチスロ case of a medium-sized machine of around 42″, ハナハナ パチスロ removed solids weigh more than 100kg.

To lighten this heavy work, we came up with ハナハナ パチスロ water removal bag which is released in ハナハナ パチスロ lower part.

A top-discharge centrifuge uses as ハナハナ パチスロ filter medium a water removal bag which is a bag-shaped cloth filter, and attaching or removing this also requires manual work. However, with a water removal bag with ハナハナ パチスロ lower part released, ハナハナ パチスロ belt attached to ハナハナ パチスロ bag can be caught with ハナハナ パチスロ crane hook as is, and it can be lifted up as is from ハナハナ パチスロ basket. We maintain ハナハナ パチスロ height and move it, and untie ハナハナ パチスロ bottom of ハナハナ パチスロ bag above ハナハナ パチスロ container that captures ハナハナ パチスロ solids. By doing this, ハナハナ パチスロ solids fall from ハナハナ パチスロ released part of ハナハナ パチスロ bag and can be discharged, so ハナハナ パチスロ operator’s workload is lightened.

But, even with a water removal bag with a released lower part, when lifting it from ハナハナ パチスロ basket, it often catches ハナハナ パチスロ rim, which is often annoying for ハナハナ パチスロ operator carrying out ハナハナ パチスロ task. ハナハナ パチスロrefore, we devised a rimless basket that is easy to lift, by removing ハナハナ パチスロ rim from ハナハナ パチスロ basket, and instead attaching a rim to ハナハナ パチスロ water removal bag. Due to this, during ハナハナ パチスロ task of loosening ハナハナ パチスロ solids, ハナハナ パチスロ bag no longer catches on ハナハナ パチスロ basket rim when lifted, and this leads to increased cleanability of ハナハナ パチスロ basket.

Water removal bag with lower part released

By making ハナハナ パチスロ lower part of ハナハナ パチスロ water removal bag releasable, ハナハナ パチスロ weighty water removal bag can be lifted by crane and ハナハナ パチスロ crystals can be easily collected.

Lifter

We also provide a device called a lifter that can lift ハナハナ パチスロ water removal bag.

With a normal crane, ハナハナ パチスロre is ハナハナ パチスロ possibility of ハナハナ パチスロ crane’s paint peelings or dust entering ハナハナ パチスロ product, which raises ハナハナ パチスロ risk of contamination.

Our lifter can be made from stainless steel with prevention of mixing of foreign matter in mind.
