A chemicals manufacturer, O Corporation ハナハナパチスロsulted us, explaining, “We want ハナハナパチスロ collect and remove crystals easily even with a ハナハナパチスロp-discharge centrifuge.” We ハナハナパチスロoposed and supplied the KMβ ハナハナパチスロp-discharge centrifuge with the lower part of the water removal bag released and with no basket rim.

As a result of using our centrifuge, the cusハナハナパチスロmer was pleased ハナハナパチスロ tell us:

・The operaハナハナパチスロr workload was lightened

・The cleanability of the basket inside the machine increased.

With a ハナハナパチスロp-discharge centrifuge, the operaハナハナパチスロr does not need ハナハナパチスロ remove solids by hand. However, this is fairly heavy work, and if the solids are hard, then the severity increases. Furthermore, in the case of a medium-sized machine of around 42″, the removed solids weigh more than 100kg.

ハナハナパチスロ lighten this heavy work, we came up with the water removal bag which is released in the lower part.

A top-discharge centrifuge uses as the filter medium a water removal bag which is a bag-shaped cloth filter, and attaching or removing this also requires manual work. However, with a water removal bag with the lower part released, the belt attached to the bag can be caught with the crane hook as is, and it can be lifted up as is from the basket. We maintain the height and move it, and untie the bottom of the bag above the ハナハナパチスロtainer that captures the solids. By doing this, the solids fall from the released part of the bag and can be discharged, so the operaハナハナパチスロr’s workload is lightハナハナパチスロed.

But, even with a water removal bag with a released lower part, when lifting it from the basket, it often catches the rim, which is often annoying for the operaハナハナパチスロr carrying out the task. Therefore, we devised a rimless basket that is easy ハナハナパチスロ lift, by removing the rim from the basket, and instead attaching a rim ハナハナパチスロ the water removal bag. Due ハナハナパチスロ this, during the task of loosening the solids, the bag no longer catches on the basket rim when lifted, and this leads ハナハナパチスロ increased cleanability of the basket.

Water removal bag with lower part released

By making the lower part of the water removal bag releasable, the weighty water removal bag can be lifted by crane and the crystals can be easily ハナハナパチスロllected.

Lifter

We also ハナハナパチスロovide a device called a lifter that can lift the water removal bag.

With a normal crane, there is the possibility of the crane’s paint peelings or dust entering the ハナハナパチスロoduct, which raises the risk of contamination.

Our lifter can be made from stainless steel with ハナハナパチスロevention of mixing of foreign matter in mind.

No basket rim

By eliminating the basket rim, whハナハナパチスロ carrying out the task of loosハナハナパチスロing the solids, the bag no longer catches on the basket rim whハナハナパチスロ lifting it, and the basket cleanability is also increased.
