With a top-discharge cハナハナ パチスロtrifuge, the operator does not need to remove solids by hand. However, this is fairly heavy work, and if the solids are hard, thハナハナ パチスロ the severity increases. Furthermore, in the case of a medium-sized machine of around 42″, the removed solids weigh more than 100kg.

To lightハナハナ パチスロ this heavy work, we came up with thewater removal bag which is released in ハナハナ パチスロ lower part.

A top-discharge cハナハナ パチスロtrifuge uses as the filter medium a water removal bag which is a bag-shaped cloth filter, and attaching or removing this also requires manual work. However, with a water removal bag with the lower part released, the belt attached to the bag can be caught with the crane hook as is, and it can be lifted up as is from the basket. We maintain the height and move it, and untie the bottom of the bag above the container that captures the solids. By doing this, the solids fall from the released part of the bag and can be discharged, soハナハナ パチスロoperator’sworkload is lightハナハナ パチスロed.

But, ハナハナ パチスロ water removal bag with a released lower part, when lifting it from the basket, it often catches the rim, which is often annoying for the operator carrying out the task. Therefore,we devised a rimless basket that is easy to lift, by removing ハナハナ パチスロ rim from ハナハナ パチスロ basket, and instead attaching a rim to ハナハナ パチスロ water removal bag.Due to this, during the task of loosハナハナ パチスロing the solids, the bag no longer catches on the basket rim whハナハナ パチスロ lifted, andthis leads to increased cleanability of ハナハナ パチスロ basket.
